Our mediators can carry out a mediation for you at short notice and at a reasonable cost. Our mediators are qualified with the leading training organisation, CEDR and have extensive experience in mediation meetings. Our CEDR-qualified mediators do not seek to act as a judge at the meeting and will not express opinions about the merits of your case. Their sole objective is to assist you to settle the case with the other party.

Because all mediations are different, it is important to have experienced professionals to guide you through the process - whether acting as independent mediators or as your mediation advocate - and all the mediators at SettleMyDispute are experienced professionals.

Matthew Brandis and Craig Williams are both highly experienced lawyers with a keen eye for detail in complicated litigation cases - CEDR-qualified mediators.

Matthew has conducted litigation in most civil divisions of the High Court and in the Court of Appeal; his advice is sought by a large number of companies and individuals on a wide range of civil disputes for over 23 years.

Our mediators are partners and solicitors in a separate legal firm, but they do not act in that capacity when acting as mediators and are not regulated by the SRA in their mediator roles.
